Didactic Regulations and Offer

To find out which didactic activities you have to attend each year, the prerequisites and the rules requested to accomplish the study plan, please refer to the Didactic Regulations and the Didactic offer of the program.

The Didactic Regulations contain the rules and the general structure of the course and are published on the Rules and regulations page:

  • students enrolled in the 2021/2022 academic year follow the 2021 Didactic Regulations
  • students and female students enrolled up to the academic year 2020/2021 must follow the 2015 Didactic Regulations.

The Didactic offer is published before the beginning of each academic year.

 

If you enrolled in previous academic year, you can find the Didactic offer in the web page Rules and Regulations. The Didactic regulations indicates all the exams you have to pass and the rules you have to follow in order to fill in your Study plan and to obtain the Master's degree. It is available on the web page Rules and regulations (only in Italian version).

Syllabus

The Course syllabus provide all information about course program, teachers, bibliography, credits and assessment. You can find your courses syllabus by searching them on Esse3 website in Search teaching activities page

Study plan

With Study Plan you choose the teaching activities you want to include in your course of study (courses, laboratories, internships, etc.), based on Didactic offer and Didactic regulations. Information about how to fill in the Study Plan for a.y. 2021/2022 will be update in the next few weeks.

Instructions for elective and additional courses

Elective courses

You must acquire at least 50% of the credits of elective courses choosing from the academic activities offered by the Masters’ degree programmes of the Department of Industrial Engineering.

Additional courses

You can add to the study plan additional courses  for a maximum of 12 credits (these credits cannot  be not part of the GPA and cannot be recognized afterwards).

Schedule and Calendar

Schedule changes will be notified through the application "Orari e aule" ("Schedule and classrooms", Italian version only) or with a notice on the bulletin boards, also available online at Today's notices page.

Safety training courses

Students enrolled in the Master’s course are requested to complete the safety training courses. Further information is available at Safety training for students.

The General training course is mandatory for all students of the University of Trento.

The Specific training course - Low Risk is mandatory for all students of the University of Trento whose study plan includes exercises in computer laboratories.

The Specific training course - Medium Risk is mandatory to access the laboratories of the Department either to carry out research activity (e.g. related to the thesis) or for courses which are part of the study plan, elective ones included.
